The mansion is mediterranean style, built in 1926.   The structure, which is fancy cut and laid brick masonry,
is situated within a brickwalled courtyard.

The entrance foyer with its wrought iron chandelier and wrought iron balustrade stairway set a stately tone upon entry.
The living room is accented by a pink Italian marble fireplace, with French doors leading to a sun room with
ten Palladian arched windows.
The formal dining room contains the original walnut furnishings.   A paneled library features a cut stone gas fireplace.

A separate smoking room just off the formal dining room and a cozy breakfast room adjacent to the kitchen,
complete the formal areas of the downstairs.

The "working" part of the house contains a servants kitchen, refrigerator room with cabinets, and butlers pantry
with dishwasher and cabinets.  A maids room is located just off the kitchen.

There are five bedrooms, four baths and two dressing areas on the second floor.  When needed, each room may be
used as a suite connecting to an adjacent room.   Baths contain the
original Italian tile and pedestal sinks.   All are private and are
entered ensuite.

The third floor contains maids' quarters with two rooms & bath,
a walk-in cedar closet and two large storage areas.

A Butler apartment is located overtop an attached two car garage.
The apartment contains two rooms, plus kitchen and bath.
